Every year Dr. Kęstutis Maslauskas performs more than 250 reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries.   Dr. Kęstutis Maslauskas has gained his further experience and knowledge of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the following famous European plastic and reconstructive surgery clinics: in 1998, at the Bursa University Hospital, Turkey; in 2000, at the Oviedo University Hospital, Spain; in 2004, at the Ghent University Hospital, Belgium.

Scientific activities. Since 2005, he has started pedagogic activities and currently holds a position as a assistant professor at Kaunas University of Medicine. The same year, he received a PhD in the field of hand injury. The results of this scientific research have been published in numerous medical journals and have been presented at international conferences.
