Went for a Tummy Tuck and Chest lift to remove excess skin after achieving massive weight loss. I didn’t experience much pain at all and it all went really well. Great results, very pleased. Probably going back in a few months to get my back done as well. I definitely won’t be looking anywhere else and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was at first hesitant at going to clinic abroad, but the staff at the Nordesthetics clinic put me at ease right away. Their courteous and helpful service was phenomenal, and the facilities world class. Accommodations for the night after my abdominal liposuction were amply comfortable, and the follow up care and accessibility of representatives was on point. I highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

What sets us apart from other clinics?

Our clinic works with highly professional and educated surgeons. They have 10-15 years of experience in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. They perform over 2000 surgeries per year. Our surgeons are board-certified in the UK, Sweden and Denmark. Moreover, our surgeons are members of various prestigious surgical societies both Lithuanian and international.

The clinic is equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities, all analogous to those in Western European clinics. You will be looked after by professional English speaking staff. The wards are fully furnished and equipped with TV, WC and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available while staying in the clinic.

Our clinic is one of the biggest surgical centres in the Baltic region. We work with patients from various countries, among which Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, etc.

Despite the size of the clinic we provide our patients with personal care and assistance. The majority of big public hospitals due to high volume of patients do not have enough resources and medical personnel to pay personal attention to each patient. Whereas we are fully focused on providing exceptional care and undivided attention for our patients.

Without any additional fees patients are tended in the clinic as long as they need. It may take up to 3 days. We only discharge our patients from the clinic when they are in a good health state and ready to leave.

All inclusive price, which is twice lower than in Western European clinics.
Our clinic works with medical professionals of highest education and experience level and uses the same materials as the clinics in Western Europe. More often than not, the quality of our clinic‘s facilities exceed the ones in Western European clinics. The price difference is only due to considerably lower average salaries and taxes – which is the main reason for medical travel everywhere around the world.

During your entire stay in Lithuania you will receive personal care as well as transport to and from the clinic, hotel, and airport. You will not have to worry about a thing. You will be assisted from the moment of plane landing in Vilnius or Kaunas airport till your departure.

Our clinic is flexible date-wise and can usually arrange your surgery on the date convenient for you.

Everyone in our clinic speaks English, including customer service desk, nurses, assistants and the surgeon.

Our clinic is the only clinic in Europe that offers customer service in 8 languages, among which English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German, Spanish, Russian, and Lithuanian.

We can give you lots of testimonials from our previous patients that had plastic surgery in our clinic. They can tell you their stories and help you make a decision.

Lithuania has been a part of the EU and NATO since 2004. Lithuania has one of the fastest growing economies in the whole region and the second fastest internet speed in the world. Lithuanian medical schools have trained many medical professionals who are highly appreciated and employed by many foreign hospitals, among which hospitals in the UK.

Intimate surgery

Intimate surgery, also known as aesthetic genital surgery, is quite a new field of plastic surgery. Although widely discussed in the popular press, it is still a taboo subject for many people. The goal of this surgery is to increase self-confidence and quality of life by changing the intimate appearance. Here we present some of the intimate surgery procedures you might be interested in.

Penis enlargement

Penis size depends on the genes, environment, and general health (e.g. sufficient blood flow). Micropenis is a medical term used to describe a penis which is shorter than 7 centimeters. This condition is usually inherited but can also be acquired after suffering from trauma, infection, burn, or cancer. Fortunately, penis enlargement, also known as penoplasty or phalloplasty, is a favorable option for those who wish to restore their functional penis size. Depending on the patient’s preference, penoplasty can enhance the length or the width of a penis.

A penis is lengthened by releasing a suspensory ligament. Suspensory ligament holds the penis closer to a pubic bone and allows for better support during sexual intercourse. After the release, a part of the penis shaft can be seen outside the body, creating a visibly longer penis. It is possible to lengthen the penis approximately 1 centimeter during rest and there is no change during erection. Penis lengthening surgery takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

Girth enhancement is achieved by autologous fat transfer.

  • Firstly, the fat is harvested from problematic areas, like abdomen or flanks;
  • Then, it is purified, prepared for transfer, and subsequently, implanted into a penis;
  • Fat injections symmetrically enhance the width of the penis. Bear in mind that fat is naturally reabsorbed by the body, meaning that a portion of the injected fat cells will not survive. Everyone’s metabolism is different, and so, the fat reabsorption rate differs from patient to patient.
Circumcision

Circumcision is a surgical procedure which removes the foreskin. Adult circumcision is popular and getting even more common for its advantages with hygiene and aesthetics. Baby circumcision takes approximately 10 minutes and adult circumcision may take up to 1 hour to complete. As for every surgery, circumcision has certain advantages and disadvantages which should be known by a prospective patient.

  • Circumcision boosts self-esteem and affects one’s sexuality. That is because women often prefer their male partners to have a circumcised penis solely because of a more aesthetic appearance.
  • It is easier to maintain proper hygiene and avoid several infections, such as:
    • urinary tract infections;
    • some of the sexually transmitted diseases;
    • penile cancer;
    • inflammation of the glans (penis head);
    • inflammation of the foreskin;
    • prevention of phimosis (a condition where the foreskin is non-retractable).
  • As for any other surgical procedure, there are certain risks. Those include the risk of infection, irritation, meatitis, or penis injury.
  • Some people argue that removing the foreskin can decrease sexual pleasure since foreskin is composed of numerous neurons and blood vessels which are, indeed, removed during circumcision. However, there is not enough medical evidence to support such claims.
Who is an eligible candidate for male intimate surgery?
  • A good candidate is a generally healthy adult man who wishes to have his penis size increased. Penis enlargement is recommended for a patient with a penis shorter than 7.5 cm when stretched (medically called micropenis);
  • A prospective patient may also feel that the size of their penis is not proportionate to their body;
  • During an initial consultation, a doctor decides whether or not the patient is a good candidate for the treatment.
Psychological issues caused by intimate problems

Penis size is associated with masculinity, power, and sexual performance. Thus penis size is a sensitive topic for most men. Even average-sized patients declare that their size is too small. Penile dysmorphic disorder describes a man whose main concern is his penis size. Some men may even feel so self-conscious that they refuse to undress in public or be intimate with someone. Negative feelings towards oneself lead to stress, anxiety, depression, and sexual dysfunction, which makes it even more difficult to get or maintain an erection and experience sexual satisfaction. Psychology plays a very important role here and anyone who is concerned may wish to consult a doctor or therapist.

Preparing for intimate surgery

During the initial consultation, you will discuss your wishes and needs with a plastic surgeon and decide on a treatment plan.

You will be asked to cease smoking and consuming alcohol at least 8 weeks before and after the surgery. Smoking slows down wound healing and increases complication risks.

Blood-thinning medicines (e.g. aspirin) and supplements should also be strictly avoided for at least 10 days before your surgery (or when your doctor tells you to do so). Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs increase clotting risk and should be avoided as well. Bear in mind that if you fail to refrain from smoking and prohibited medication, your surgery may be postponed. Blood and urine tests are performed right before surgery.

Before leaving home, prepare easy-to-cook meal options, arrange good access to your favorite movies or magazines, and make sure to have the prescribed pain-killers as they will be needed during recovery.

A couple of days before surgery, shave your genital area. Arrive at the clinic wearing loose and comfortable clothing which is easy to put on and off. You should not eat or drink anything for at least 6 hours before your procedure. If you are taking daily medication, the doctor will advise you on how to take them on surgery day.

Preparing for intimate surgery

Genital surgery does not require long hospitalization, and so, you can expect to be discharged on the next day following surgery.

Usual activities may be resumed after 3 days, however, swimming, strenuous physical activities, and sexual intercourse should be resumed after 8 weeks.

Your penis will be covered in a surgical dressing and you will receive instructions on how to take care of it when back home. Only a small incision is made in the pubic area. It will be later covered by pubic hair, and thus, not noticeable.

Once you are back home, it is completely normal to experience swelling and discomfort. For pain management, you can take prescribed or over-the-counter pain-killers. Make sure to take enough time to rest and heal.

What are the possible risks?

All surgeries come with a certain risk. Remember that complications are very rare and our specialists will do everything to avoid them. Some complications may include bleeding, infections, accumulation of fluid, blood clots, or nerve damage. If you have noticed something of concern, please contact your health care provider and our clinic immediately.
